The project owner (Party B) would be required to remit a minimum of 5% of the total loan capital to we at JBJ Holding LLC (Party A) every year for ten (10) years, at the end of the 11th year the project owner (Party B) would be required to payback the total loan capital. The project owner (Party B) might decide to renew the contract agreement in a case where the project could not meet up with the payback of the total loan capital.

Regarding the project sectors and geographical locations/ countries we are interested in funding, we at JBJ Holding LLC have no specific project sectors nor geographical locations we are interested in funding, provided the proposed project will be able to generate a minimum ROI of 5% per annum, we can proceed with business deliberation.

To enable a successful sealing of our transactions, we at JBJ Holding LLC schedule a fund disbursement face to face in our regional office where the hard copies of the contract documents will be signed face to face before the official fund disbursement to Party B’s nominated Bank account.
